This private clean modest home on Bashan lake in East Haddam, CT with direct water frontage is a place for a family to have fun, unwind, swim, float, kayak, paddleboard, fish and or just relax by the water in this several acre private setting. Relax on a shoreline sandbar in beach chairs.

The home is approximately 1750 sq ft residence with 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, 2 baths sleeping a maximum of 8 people with parking for 5 cars.

The space
A clean comfortable modest waterfront home in a spectacular private area on several acres. We have lots of non motorized water toys for your enjoyment or just relax by the water. Note: our motorized boats and jetski may not be used by guests.

Guest access
Guest have the entire house with the exception of a private storage space and one locked supply closet.

Guests to not have access or usage of the owners motorized watercraft.
Owners are often on site in a separate structure.

Guests have full access to all floats, baby pool, kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, beach chairs and waterside gas grill or firepit grill with picnic areas.

Other things to note
You are on the Lake and have direct private access to the water. The lake is one of the cleanest in Connecticut and allows power boating with a public boat launch available at the other end of the lake. It's also considered a trophy bass fishing lake.

This 275 acre lake is shallow by our property for the first 20 feet from shore, Center of lake is 65' feet deep. Lots to explore shoreside in shallow water - water shoes recommended. 2 Beach towels per guest are provided with beach chairs, picnic tables and so much more. Washer & Dryer on premise.
