9th Ave is one of the most historic streets in Ellensburg located right between Downtown and the CWU campus. Most of our neighbors are long-time residents that take care of each other. You truly feel loved in this neighborhood.

What makes this property unique

Two separate living spaces allow for privacy between groups while allowing for connectivity across the property. The tucked-away courtyard with private hot tub and fully-fenced lawn creates an oasis of privacy while still being so close to lively downtown Ellensburg. The unassumingly large home boasts a very spacious living area adequate for large groups of guests.
