About this property

In our lovingly and comfortably furnished holiday home on the outskirts of Neßmersiel we want to contribute to the success of your holiday. The terraced house has a secluded garden with garden shed, terrace and lawn with children's swing. Garden furniture, parasol and barbecue are of course available. Directly in front of the house there is the own car parking space. Free Wi-Fi is of course.
Your pet (max two) is welcome.
From April 1st to September 30th we provide our guests with a beach chair at the dog beach of Neßmersiel free of charge.
The bright living room is equipped with underfloor heating, woodburning stove, digital satellite TV, music system, DVD player, sofa and cupboards, highchair and dining table. The integrated kitchenette in the living room is high quality and furnished with a dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove with oven and grill oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, pots / crockery are abundant.

Ruhe gesucht und gefunden

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund. Unterkunft sauber und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. WLAN inklusive. Stellplatz direkt vor der Tür. Kleiner, vollständig eingezäunter Garten. Gut für den Vierbeiner 👍Viel Literatur über Ostfriesland im Bücherregal👍In der Nachsaison Ruhe pur👍Wir waren zufrieden.

Ein Wohlfühl- Ferienhäuschen

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes, blitzsauberes Ferienhaus, ganz im maritimen Stil. Von der Ausstattung her ist alles vorhanden, auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Es gibt außerdem reichlich Lesestoff, Spiele und DVD's. Der kleine aber feine Garten ist vollständig umzäunt. Dort haben Fellnasen keine Chance auszubüxen. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, es tut gut die Seele an der Nordsee baumeln zu lassen. Und wenn die Unterkunft noch dazu so schön ist, macht es umso mehr Spaß.

Tolle Wohnung mit großartiger Ausstattung

Wir durften zu dritt (2EW, 1Kind) und Hund eine Woche lang im August in der Wohnung urlauben. Es hat uns wirklich nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung auf 2 Etagen ist sehr geräumig und bietet viele Ablageflächen. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gibt viel Geschirr, zusätzlich jede Menge Küchenhelfer, Tupperdosen etc. Fliesenboden und eingezäunter Garten sind perfekt, wenn man mit Hund verreist. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist im nordischen Stil eingerichtet und dekoriert, so kommt man gleich im Urlaub an, wenn man die Wohnung betritt. Gab es etwas, was gestört hat? Einzig die Bauweise der Eingangstür hat uns etwas logistische Herausforderung gekostet, denn der dahinterliegende kleine Flur ist so schmal, dass man nicht einfach einen Koffer oder volle Einkaufstaschen durchtragen kann. Dadurch, dass es aber einen eigenen Gartenzugang gibt, lässt sich das alternativ durch die Terrassentür erledigen ;-) Der Ort Neßmersiel besteht hauptsächlich aus Ferienhäusern und ist ein idealer Ausgangsort, um die Region zu erkunden und gleichzeitig einen ruhigen Ort zum Ausruhen zu haben. Vielen Dank, Familie Ehlers. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Gemütlich und zu empfehlen

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes und eingezäunten Ferienhaus mit allem was man für eine schöne Zeit braucht. Unproblematischer Kontakt mit Familie Ehlers. Gegend lädt täglich zu schönen Spaziergängen und verweilen am hauseigenen Strandkorb ein. Rundum Eibe Reise wert. Lg

Ostern 2022

Es war ein gelungener Urlaub mit Oma, Kinder und Hund. Das Haus plus Garten ist top und wir haben nichts vermisst. Jeden Tag tolles Wetter und zu Fuss zum Strand. Abgerundet mit dem Strandkorb der zum Haus angeboten wird ein Traum. Der Hund und Kinder mit ihren Spielplätzen kamen auf ihre Kosten, daß jeder Abends mit einem Lächeln schlafen ging. Vielen Dank auch für den Service von Frau Janssen und dem Ehepaar Ehlers. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen :-)
