* The ground floor doors are sliding pocket doors.
* Ground floor bathroom: Toilet equipped with retractable grab bars -- Shower adapted for people with reduced mobility -- Sink clear, allowing a wheelchair to pass underneath.
* Ground floor bedroom: The queen bed has been installed at a height to facilitate transfers between the wheelchair and the bed.
* Electrical outlets have been installed higher.
*The switches have been lowered for easier access.

*PETS*
Rules for Dog Friendly:
CATS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. We accept a maximum of 1 dog under certain strict conditions and only with our authorization. We are animal lovers but have had bad experiences in the past with owners who disrespect our property, thank you for your understanding.
๏ Additional costs: $100 per stay per dog
๏ Guests must have at least 1 positive review from previous Airbnb experience.
๏ We do not accept young dogs under 1 year old.
๏ Your dog must be "clean", must not climb on furniture and access bedrooms at all times.
๏ Your dog must not cause a noise nuisance to the neighbors.
Guests must pick up after their dog at all times and keep the yard clean.

*NOISE*
Please respect our peaceful community. No parties are allowed. Keep music and voices at a reasonable level, especially in the evening.

*SPA*
Our private spa is available year-round. Guests must bring their own spa towels.

*BBQ & OUTDOOR FIREPLACE*
If you wish to access the area in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the snow; a shovel will be available.

You will need to bring your own firewood for the private outdoor firepit. Firewood can be purchased nearby; details are provided in the guest handbook after booking.

Please also bring kindling, paper and a lighter.
