In a quiet and best central location of Winterberg town (300 metres to the Winterberg market place, walking distance to the entrance to the Winterberg ski lift carousel, ski lift no. 12, Rauher Busch) you will find the light-flooded and high-quality furnished Winterberg flat 21124 on the 1st floor (three stairs) without lift.
A total of approx. 56 m² of living space is spread over a hallway, a large living room with a spacious sofa bed that can be folded out for the third person, with access to the spacious balcony, which offers you a wonderful view of Winterberg, a perfectly equipped kitchen with dining table and a tasteful bedroom with a double bed.
All windows in the property are triple glazed and fitted with roller shutters.
In the basement of the building there is both a ski storage room and a table tennis table.
A free garage (5 + 3 m, door width 2.30 m, 230 V socket) at the house belongs to this comfortable holiday flat. Please note that brooms and snow shovels are deposited in the garage. The garage driveway is only sporadically cleared of snow and the local winter service often covers the direct driveway to the garage with snow, so that the guests themselves have to clear the driveway (see photos!) with the snow shovel.
There is a charging station for electric cars in the garage belonging to the flat. This wallbox has a charging capacity of 11 kW and a type 2 socket.
Charging is activated via an RFID chip with an integrated reader on the wallbox.
