Property needs some help.

5 floors to climb with luggage and 3 taverns at the base, next to 3 train tracks. These things need to be disclosed. Top floor loft, so low head cover. Front door glass was busted, trash everywhere in front of apartment was cause for concern. Spa bathtub was functional and nice, but priced for a 4.5 star property.

The property was advertised as smoke free. The suite stunk of smoke, so much so that many of my family had sore throats after one night in the suite. Also there was an ashtray on the little balcony full of cigarette butts. The windows did not have blinds on them making it hard to sleep and reducing privacy especially in the bathroom. The shower rail, bathroom door and kitchen bin were all broken. The railing on the balcony was low and felt quite flimsy. The bedding could have been cleaner. The couch was filthy. They charge a cleaning fee ironically. Also the trains next to the property were very noisy. People congregated and chatted loudly until late downstairs. The property’s standard was far below anything I have rented on this platform before. Very disappointed.

It is a smoke-free apartment, the guests smoke on the balcony without my consent. In my description I wrote that it is a simple room, the guests expect a lot, I cannot do that, they should always look at the price if it is 50 to 100fr more expensive in the area than at my place.

Horrible experience not clean at all

We entered this property with lot of expectations, we had to climb almost 5 floors ,to get to apartment this was not disclosed.As we entered the premise of this building there was filth everywhere and train track behind.Once we entered apartment, it was all dusty smell ,its on top and very hot and no AC. The apartment was not clean,the dishes and bed sheets were not clean.The bathroom has a sliding kind of door which doesnt close properly ,the roof hits your head ,no ventilation and when we tried to open window,there were honey bees and had to shut the doors back.There were no towels for bath as well .I will not recommend this property to any one.We complained to VRBO they mentioned they would provide $200 as a compensation but did not honor later.
