The inviting living room features large sliding glass doors that bring the outdoors in, creating the perfect space to relax by the electric fireplace, stream your favorite shows with complimentary Wi-Fi, or simply take in the incredible scenery.

Camp Cassari comfortably accommodates up to six guests with three cozy bedrooms, plus a futon that converts into a full-size bed for additional sleeping space. The cottage includes electric heat for cool evenings, one window air conditioner for warmer days, and two floor fans to keep everyone comfortable throughout the summer.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and serving pieces—perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners after a day on the water.

Outside is where Camp Cassari truly shines. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious porch overlooking the river, fire up the propane grill for dinner, gather around the fire pit under the stars, or unwind with the warm glow of the tiki torches as the sun sets. The property enjoys plenty of sunshine throughout the day while also offering shaded areas to relax and cool off.

Spend your days making memories on the Hudson River. The private two-tier dock offers multiple seating areas to soak in the views, while easy-access steps lead directly into the water for swimming. Large shoreline rocks create the perfect place to sit and enjoy the cool river on a warm summer afternoon. Guests are welcome to use the three kayaks, life jackets, and fishing poles provided, making it easy to spend the day exploring, fishing, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

If Mother Nature has other plans, don't worry! Inside you'll find a variety of board games, making it easy to enjoy quality time together no matter the weather.

Camp Cassari is also perfectly located for exploring some of the area's most popular destinations. You'll be just 20 minutes from Lake George, where you can enjoy beaches, boating, restaurants, shopping, and family attractions, and only 25 minutes from the Saratoga Race Course and vibrant downtown Saratoga Springs, home to Broadway's restaurants, boutiques, nightlife, and year-round entertainment. Whether you're looking for outdoor adventure or a fun night out, you'll have the best of the Adirondacks and Saratoga region within easy reach.

Please Note: A privately owned boat and jet ski are stored on the property and are not available for guest use. The owner may occasionally stop by to launch or retrieve their watercraft. These visits are brief, limited to dock access only, and are designed to be as unobtrusive as possible so you can continue enjoying your stay.
