Die Kommunikation mit dem Gast war von Beginn an schwierig. Im Nachhinein erhielten wir eine Bewertung, die weder den Tatsachen entsprach noch vor Ort zur Sprache gebracht wurde. Wir hätten uns einen offenen Austausch während des Aufenthalts gewünscht, um mögliche Missverständnisse direkt klären zu können.

Wir haben uns in Marlenes Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist recht weitläufig und sehr geräumig. Die Kinder fanden die kuschelige Galerie als „Kinderzimmer“ besonders cool. Das Doppelbett war sehr gemütlich und weich, für uns die harte Matratzen gewöhnt sind, war’s schon zu weich. Selbst bei heißen Temperaturen war’s in der Wohnung immer sehr gut temperiert und schön kühl. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Amerang. Danke
