Holiday home with sea views in Lysekil's most popular area, Gamlestan
This holiday home is located in Lysekil's most popular neighborhood Gamlestan with stunning views of the city and the sea.
Guests have access to their own furnished patio with barbecue in sunny and sheltered location. Two minute walk to the city center, bath and Northern Harbor's popular restaurants. The house consists of a living room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. One bedroom with double bed and two sleeping alcoves with single beds upstairs. There is a high chair and travel cot for the really small ones.
Complete kitchen and bathroom, renovated with good standard stove with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, micro, shower, toilet, washer / dryer etc and everything in very good condition.
The living room has a sofa bed from 2015 which, with a simple grip, turns into a comfortable double bed. 42 "smart tv, dvd, tv games, soccer games, free internet and netflix subscription if you would like to spend some time inside. A parking space at the house is included.
