Our holiday home has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. It has a living area of about 80 square metres and is situated on a 900-square-meter lot right on the edge of the forest. With a little luck, you can spot deer from the patio in the morning or evening. The ground floor features a spacious living room with a fireplace (please bring your own firewood) and satellite TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and coffee maker, and a bathroom with a shower and an instant water heater. The south-west-facing terrace, furnished with comfortable chairs, a dining table, lounge furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a grill, invites you to relax outdoors. The 900-square-meter garden is not fenced in. A raclette grill is available for those cosy moments throughout the year. On the upper floor, which features an open loft, there is a bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and satellite TV. The second bedroom features a comfortable and cosy fold-out couch (1.40 x 2.00 m), ideal for children or a couple. Bedding and towels are included in the price. A side staircase leads directly from the living room to the upper floor (please note: there are no child safety locks or barriers). Children can play and run around in the large, spacious garden. An electric vehicle charging station is available in the town of Lichtenberg, 3 km away. Check-in is from 16.00-18.00. Check-out is possible between 06:00 and 10:00. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Included in the total price are: bed linens, towels (1 large and 1 small towel per person), tea towels, Wi-Fi, and parking. Free parking is available in front of the property. A maximum of one pet is allowed upon request for a fee of 25 EUR per night. The invoice amount is due immediately. Credit card payments are not accepted. Fees apply for use of the sauna.
