The lovingly furnished Liva holiday home, a semi-detached house, offers 66 m² of space for up to 4 people. It is also equipped with underfloor heating.
The centrepiece of the holiday home is the light-filled living area, featuring a sofa arrangement for relaxing, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. From here, you also have direct access to the terrace with its own grill. Here, you can soak up the sunshine, breathe in the scent of nature, and listen to the sound of the sea.
An interior staircase leads to the two separate bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed, and the second bedroom features two single beds and an additional TV. Also located upstairs is the modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. A separate guest bathroom is located on the ground floor.
A parking space is available right next to the house. Some windows are fitted with insect screens. You’re welcome to store your bicycles and surfboards in the lockable garden shed. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

This means you can easily reach the coast on foot and spend the day swimming, taking walks along the water, or enjoying various water sports.
