Welcome to our private, exclusive, comfortable, and well-maintained thatched-roof cottage, “STRANDLÄUFER.”

Here, you and your family are guaranteed plenty of peace and relaxation, just a short walk from the beach (approx. 300 m). The holiday home is in like-new condition and features a living area of approximately 105 m². It is modern, practical, and cosy, with two stories of living space.

All rooms on the ground floor are accessible from the beautiful entryway. The spacious combined living and kitchen area, with several exits leading to the large west-facing terraces, is the heart of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the following appliances: dishwasher, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment.
The comfortable living area, featuring a beautiful corner couch, a large table, and a big TV with a view of the garden, ensures a relaxing time!
A guest bathroom, an utility room with a washing machine, and a bathroom featuring an integrated sauna for 4 people and an open rain shower complete the lower level.

An easily accessible staircase leads to the upper floor.

The first bedroom features a double bed (180 x 200 m) with separate mattresses, as well as a children’s/teen bed (approx. 1.90 x 0.70 m) for your children, if needed. In addition, this room features a large wardrobe, TV, seating area, and bedside lamps.

The second bedroom has two single beds, each measuring 200 x 0.90 m, as well as a children’s or youth bed (approx. 1.90 x 0.70 m) for your children, available upon request. This room also features a large wardrobe, a TV, a seating area, and a bedside lamp.

An additional storage room for your luggage and a bathroom with a toilet and a large corner bathtub leave nothing to be desired. The house is heated via underfloor heating on the ground floor and in the upper-level bathroom and hallway.

The sauna features an 8-kW heater, ensuring it heats up quickly.
Televisions in every room and a built-in safe are standard in our accommodation.

You’ll love the lovingly landscaped outdoor area. A spacious terrace with patio furniture, a patio umbrella, lounge chairs, and an XXL beach chair is ready for you. A solid stone grill and a small garden shed for storing your bicycles are also available.
We’ve also thought of our younger guests—a handcart is available for visiting beach stands or going on outings.

Important: If you need bed linens and towels, you’re welcome to book them for an additional €25.00 per person.

If you plan to arrive in an electric or hybrid vehicle and charge it at the house, please let us know; in any case, electricity usage will be billed separately on-site, as we provide a comfortable sauna in the holiday home.

Before arrival, you’ll pay a security deposit of €200.00, which will be used to cover electricity costs at a rate of €0.40 per kWh. In addition, upon arrival, you must register at the tourist information office and pay the visitor’s tax there, which is a maximum of €2.00 per person per day.

All other costs are included in the flat-rate service fee of €149.00.
