Villa Althea is located in Medulin in the south of Istria and is a true oasis of peace with a beautiful sea view, surrounded by unspoiled nature. The accommodation capacity of the villa is maximum 9 persons. The villa has a total of 4 air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms on the upper floor. Each room also has a large covered balcony of 25 m2, where you can enjoy romantic evenings. The bathrooms are fully equipped, and you will also have a washing machine and dryer at your disposal, as well as an iron and ironing board. On the first floor of the villa there is a modern and very bright living room with access to a beautiful terrace with pool. Next to the living room is a fully equipped kitchen, there is also a feeding trough and a baby crib. On the terrace of the villa there is a large infinity pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.45 meters. Around the pool there are 9 sun loungers and in the villa's spacious and fully fenced garden with green lawn and garden furniture there is an electric outdoor grill and a summer kitchen. There are three parking spaces in the villa's yard. Other facilities of the villa include a spa room with jacuzzi and sauna, which will not leave anyone indifferent. You can completely relax and enjoy the company of your loved ones during this first-class spa experience. If you decide to explore more sights in Medulin, a beautiful Istrian town with a long fishing tradition, don't miss to visit Medulin Bay with 11 uninhabited islands hiding a real wealth of untouched nature. In Medulin and its surroundings you will find numerous beaches, bays and capes where you can enjoy the crystal clear Adriatic sea. Do not miss to visit the surrounding places such as Premantura, Kamenjak, Pje??ana uvala and Banjola, where many interesting sights and attractions are hidden. For example, in Kamenjak you can find Porer lighthouse from 1833, built on a cliff and located 2.4 km southwest of the southernmost cape of Istria. For those who prefer to explore historical sights, there is Pula, a city with a rich ancient history. It houses the Roman Amphitheater, one of the largest and best preserved monuments from antiquity in Croatia. It is a truffle, an underground tuber that hides along the roots of trees. Findings of this mushroom are most common in central Istria. Besides truffles, Istria is also known for first-class wine, and on many wine routes you should definitely visit one of the wine cellars where you can find some of the best labels of red, white or rosé wine of native Istrian varieties, such as Malvasia, Teran, Muscat, Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon.
