It is a comfortable and well-equipped holiday home, which is in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape and the sea. The house has two floors, each floor is a comfortable apartment. On the ground floor there is the living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with access to the garden and pool. You will also find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a Finnish sauna for lovers of relaxation.
On the first floor you will find an apartment with a living room, dining room for 12 people. and a kitchen. There are also two cozy bedrooms and a bathroom.
The covered terraces offer a breathtaking view of the sea, the Marlera peninsula and the Kvarner islands.
The house is air conditioned.

The garden is fenced, there is an outdoor pool and a grill with an outdoor kitchen and a covered dining area. Next to the pool is the outdoor hot tub with hot water.
This beautiful villa is located in Ližnjan, in the south of the Istrian peninsula. Ližnjan is full of beautiful and natural beaches and opportunities for an active vacation. Ližnjan has several small restaurants with a good offer of traditional cuisine and local wines. We recommend swimming on the sandy island of Levan (there is a taxi boat for tourists) and visiting the cities of Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Motovun, which are rich in cultural heritage and tourist content.
