A spacious bedroom with separate dressing area, a bathroom en-suite with shower temple, an extra WC and a small laundry room complete the ground floor offer. Via the interior staircase you reach the upper floor. There you will find another bedroom incl. TV, also with bathroom-en-suite. The outdoor area has a large terrace area made of natural stone, which surrounds the kidney-shaped pool and there is also an outdoor shower.
This south-west facing villa is located in Els Poblets, in the area of Sorts la mar, in a quiet and beautiful residential street. It is only a few minutes‘ walk to the centre or to the beautiful beach of Els Poblets. The village itself has a very good infrastructure with numerous shopping facilities, doctors and various good restaurants. To Denia it is about 9 km and there is a bus connection. The nearest golf course would be in Oliva or La Sella.

Internet is available free of charge and electricity will be charged at 0,30 €/kWh after your departure. On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and note the reading and the same on the day of your departure. In addition, this house has a solar system that will help you save on your electricity bill.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.
