On the first floor of this villa you will find a living room with corner sofa, coffee table and TV, next to it there is an exit to the outdoor terrace. Near the living room there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen and dining room with table for 8 guests. There is also a separate room where you can use a washing machine, dryer and iron. One bedroom is also located on the first floor, while the remaining three are located upstairs. All rooms have their own bathroom and the villa itself has 2 separate toilets. You can swim in complete privacy in the 28 m² pool, which is surrounded by 8 sun loungers. On the terrace there is an outdoor dining table with a charcoal/wood grill. For those who want to spend an active vacation, there is also a room with the equipment for training. Outside the yard there are 4 parking spaces at your disposal.
