Our spacious 120-square-meter apartment can accommodate up to 10 people. In addition to an open-concept kitchen and living room with access to the balcony, the apartment features 4 bedrooms. One bedroom on the second floor has a double bed; on the first floor, level with the kitchen-living room, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a connecting room with a bunk bed. The bathroom features a bathtub, shower, and toilet, and there is a separate toilet. The apartment is located in the main building and is accessible via a staircase. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A security deposit of 150 EUR may be required on site under certain circumstances. Pets are not allowed.A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. The visitor’s tax of 1.30 EUR per adult per night and 0.50 EUR per child per night (ages 6 and up) will be charged separately on-site.Meals (bread roll service can be booked on-site). Price for the washing machine: 2 EUR or 4 EUR (please bring 2 EUR coins with you if possible). Barbecue areas are available in the courtyard. Please bring your own charcoal, lighter fluid, etc. Bread roll service is available. Payment is due on site in cash or by card. A deposit of 30% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking.
