The location and view of the ocean were perfect. Very easy walk over to the beach. The condo was nice and well equipped. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would come here again if we come back to Maui.

This is a well maintained condo with unobstructed views of the ocean. Our host communicated with us both before and during our stay to insure everything was going well. We really enjoyed our time here.

We loved our stay at this condo. The location couldn’t have been any better and we ate breakfast outside, admiring the view each morning. The owner was attentive and quick to reply to communications. We found that there were plenty of amenities included in the condo that made the stay easy. The AC worked great and kept us nice and cool. We’d highly recommend staying here if you are interested in Kīhei.

Great vacation

This property has everything you need for a relaxing vacation, very clean. Really enjoyed the pool and building amenities as well. A real gem in Kihei. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent location with beautiful views

We had an amazing 12 night stay in Kihei. The unit was very comfortable and well appointed. Sunsets from the lanai and rooftop were fantastic. We will definitely look to book here again.

Beautiful, clean, close to the beach with an amazing view for whale watching. Close to shopping and restaurants. Host incredibly attentive to details on the property. All beach and home necessities available.

This place is all about the location, (not to say the condo was bad.) Easy accesss to all the island. Great lanai (balcony) to unwind in the evening.

Anita is a great host communicating clearly with us ahead of arrival to help us plan. The condo was clean and well-maintained and well-stocked. The view of the beach a block away and other islands in the distance was wonderful. Shops, cafes and restaurants across the street were good and easy to access. It was wonderful! We will 100% stay here again!

Great location and view

We loved staying here! Within walking distance to multiple affordable places to eat, and the beach. Great ocean views, see the sunset from your lanai. Comfortable condo and bed, nicely upgraded. Had everything we needed. Couldn’t have been any better.

Perfect location

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's condo! It was exactly as described in the listing. We couldnt have been happier with the location, and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. We truly enjoyed our time there and hope to return soon!

The condo was sparkling clean and stocked with everything we needed throughout our month's stay. It is located on an upper floor of the Kamaole Beach Royale, which gave us an unobstructed view of the ocean, the south end of Kamaole Beach I, whales and sunsets from the lanai. There are a variety of restuarants within several blocks, as well as a small grocery store and a convenience store. Kamaole Beach I and park are just a half block's walk. Driving access to the Piilani Highway is easy for reaching the airport and visits to Wailia as well as other areas on the island. Anita and Jim were excellent hosts. We rented in this condo in February 2026.

Amazing Ocean View condo

We had a great stay. Condo was clean and as advertised. Location was perfect. Balcony views facing the ocean was by far the best part. My family and I enjoyed watching the whales every morning and evening. Highly recommend and will likely book back again. Anita was a superb host and checked in with us to make sure we everything was going well :)

Perfect Stay!

From the beginning, when we made our booking, host communication was excellent, helpful and accurate. The condo was well organized, clean and up to date. Location was just across the street from the beach and within easy driving of all Of the south shore locations. View from the lanai offered a pleasant sunset. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Maui.
