Guests are comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (180 x 210), of which two rooms on the first floor have their own bathroom with bathtub and the third room upstairs has its own bathroom with bathtub shower cabin. On the upper floor there is also a living room with sea view, which has a corner sofa, TV and coffee table. Right next to the living room you have the opportunity to taste deliciously prepared dishes in the dining room with dining table for 6 people. In the modern and fully equipped kitchen there is also a bar with two bar stools. In addition, on the top floor there is an outdoor terrace where you can comfortably refresh yourself in the 24 m² and 2 m deep pool. Next to the pool there are 3 sun loungers for sunbathing, there is also an outdoor dining table and an outdoor charcoal or wood grill. The terrace is the ideal place for socializing during the day and entertaining in the evening with a few glasses of wine and the good company of family and friends. Available entertainment includes digital television, PlayStation, bicycles and Blu-ray. During your stay you can use the washing machine, dryer and iron, there is also 1 separate toilet. If needed, the sofa bed in the living room can be used to sleep two more people. Villa Mondeo offers 3 private parking spaces in its own yard. Only 100 meters from the villa is Crljina beach, where you can explore the depths of the sea with your loved ones and enjoy the summer sun. The main settlement of Rogoznica is located on a small island connected to the mainland by a bridge.
