Nettes Häuschen mit Mängeln

Ein total süßes Häuschen. Leider sehr feucht innen. Als ich ankam schlug mir gleich der unangenehme Geruch nach feuchten Wänden entgegen. Nach zwei Tagen (trotz dauerlüften) sind die Medikamente in der Box verklebt und fingen an sich aufzulösen. Die Fussbodenheizung funktionierte an 2 Tagen, sonst blieb sie kalt. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist ziemlich gefährlich. Man muss die schwere Metalltreppe über Kopf mit einem Seil und Haken festmachen bzw. lösen.

Es freut uns, dass Ihnen das Häuschen gefallen hat. Gleichzeitig bedauern wir, dass Ihr Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt wurde. Nach einer Prüfung vor Ort wurde kein erhöhter Feuchtigkeitswert festgestellt, und die Fußbodenheizung funktioniert ordnungsgemäß. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist auf den Fotos im Inserat ersichtlich. Vielen Dank für Ihre Hinweise – wir nehmen sie ernst und prüfen, wie wir den Komfort weiter verbessern können.

Schlafrum

Auf dem Fotos und in der Beschreibung wurde nicht erwähnt, dass die Kopfhöhe im Schlafraum unter 1,5 m ist und nicht aufrecht stehen kann. Der untere Wohn- und Badezimmerbereich ist sehr gut und praktikabel ausgestattet. Die Nutzung des Außenbereiches ist sehr angenehm.

Nicht zu empfehlen

Gut war erstmal das wir eher als angegeben in die Unterkunft gekommen sind. Das wars dann aber auch. Leider nicht wirklich sauber. Das Sofa war eine vollkatastrophe. Komplett durchgesessen und total dreckig. Als wir es bemängelt haben wurde uns gesagt "ist nun mal Kein familienzimmer". Ein mangelhaftes Sofa hat nichts mit familienzimmer zu tun. Leider sehr unfreundlich. Unterkunft müsste dringend renoviert werden.

Nicht noch einmal

Das Badezimmer schimmelt, die Treppe ist ungesichert und fahrlässig angebracht, das Bett knackst bei jeder kleinsten Bewegung und ist hart und unbequem, die außen Fassade ist frisch gestrichen , doch es wurden keine rostfreien Schrauben verwendet, sodass das Haus katastrophal aussieht, die Fenster im Badezimmer sind schief eingebaut und gehen von allein wieder zu (wahrscheinlich deswegen Schimmel) Das Sofa ist ebenfalls hart, unbequem und halb kaputt, Die Haustüre bleibt an dem Vordach hängen.
