The Space:

On the second floor, you will find two cozy bedrooms, with full bathrooms. In addition, there is an additional room with a sofa bed where you can relax and feel at home during your stay.



In the back, there is an ideal space to receive friends (those registered in the reservation) and enjoy happy moments together.



This home was meticulously designed and carefully planned in every detail to ensure that you feel completely at home and in absolute peace of mind. Every element, from the layout to the choice of colors, has been designed to inspire a feeling of calm and comfort.



Distributed over two floors, the ground floor has a spacious living room where you can relax comfortably, and a fully equipped kitchen that is not only perfect for preparation, but also for enjoying delicious homemade meals in company. Additionally, on this same floor there is a master bedroom with a full bathroom, guaranteeing privacy and comfort.



Going up to the second floor, you will be greeted by two equally spacious and cozy bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, ensuring that you do not miss anything during your stay. For your convenience and entertainment, you will find a living room equipped with a television and a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing moments after a day full of activities.



The backyard is a space of tranquility with its charming green area, ideal for receiving friends and family registered in your reservation and celebrating happy moments together. In addition, you will be able to enjoy the rich local fauna and flora, as well as explore the nearby parks that offer a variety of outdoor activities for all ages and tastes.



Our guests have access to the entire house, and also to the parks, squares and amenities that Zibatá has. Access to the amenities of the house, and the children's play area, outdoor activities is just a few steps from the house. In addition, it is very close to public parks where you can run, walk, ride a bicycle or play sports.



We will be happy to receive you in our house, feel free. We will be nearby in case you need anything. The house has everything you need for your arrival, however, we ask that you organize your purchases in case you are staying for several days and need more than one item.

Due to this, in order to access the house we will request official identification and vehicle information (plates, model and color) to check-in and facilitate entry to your reservation.
