Your next holiday rental with an unobstructed view of the fjord is located in the luxurious residential area of Wassersleben. The beach promenade is just 50 metres from the front door. The newly redesigned beach attracts not only Flensburg residents but also visitors from the surrounding area. But you don’t even have to go to the beach—from both balconies of the holiday rental, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the fjord, stretching from the resort town of Glücksburg past the Naval Academy all the way towards the Port of Flensburg. The view is especially breathtaking in the evening when the coastline is picturesquely lit.
The perfectly furnished, spacious apartment (for 2–4 people) meets even the highest standards. You can relax comfortably on the rooftop terrace and the two sun-drenched south-facing balconies. The holiday rental is large enough for two couples to spend wonderful holiday weeks separately and undisturbed, each with their own Smart TV.
An underground parking space ensures you get home safely.

The “Fördefreude” holiday rental is approximately 100 m² and features:

• a spacious entryway leading to the large kitchen-dining area, bathroom, and living room, as well as a hallway leading to the bedrooms
• a large kitchen-diner with a cosy dining area for 4 people and a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen (including a refrigerator, freezer, stove and oven, microwave, and washing machine)
• Bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, hair dryer, and large bathtub
• Light-filled living room with direct access to the rooftop terrace and balcony, dining table, smart TV, and large (sleeper) sofa area.
• Large bedroom with a 2x2 m double bed, a spacious seating area for cool evenings, and a private second balcony.
• High-quality natural wood deck chairs and balcony furniture (dining table with 4 chairs)
