Welcome to the “Erik” studio apartment with a covered balcony on the 3rd floor of the well-maintained Strandresidenz Wassersleben residential and holiday complex, idyllically located on the beach. The apartment is equipped with a comfortable double bed and is therefore perfect for 2 people. The modern and fully equipped fitted kitchen makes self-catering a pleasant experience. A comfortable shower room with toilet completes the offer.
Media entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with cable connection and free WiFi. The covered balcony is equipped with a small seating and dining area and offers an impressive side view of the sea, the beach, and the Flensburg Fjord. The booking price includes the use of a designated parking space.
Access to the communal laundry room is located near the covered parking spaces on the ground floor. There you can use the washing machine and dryer, and there is also a storage room for bicycles.
