The apartment has a lockable cellar compartment for private use, ideal for storing bicycles and ski equipment. The covered carport parking space is located directly opposite the apartment.



You will spend your vacation close to the Winterberg ski resort with a variety of sports facilities; the St. Georg ski jump on the Herrloh and the bobsleigh run in the VELTINS-EisArena. Varied ski and toboggan runs offer something for everyone, whether beginner or professional.



Winterberg invites all nature and sports enthusiasts not only in winter, but also in summer. At any time of year, the natural landscape offers ideal conditions for an adventure vacation.



To the north of the old town, with its many old half-timbered houses, is the spa park In der Helle, where you can play mini golf in summer and toboggan in winter. One of the highest and probably most famous mountains in the Sauerland rises in the Winterberg district: the Kahle Asten, where the Lenne rises. You can reach the town center of Winterberg on foot in around 10 minutes. Restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity.
