Very cool house! Perfect for families as there's plenty of space for kids to run around while you grill and chill. Kitchen is fully equipped to make whatever meal you want. Pretty neat that the house is fully equipped with solar, clean energy! Another perk to this house is it's on a side road so very peaceful. Would definitely recommend this place, and will stay again in the future.

I’m from Wilmington, Nc however my parents owned a place called Caribe Cay between North Eleuthera and Harbor Island and we spent a ton of time there when I was a kid. It has been a dream of mine since it was sold to have a place of my own again in the area and Spanish Wells really is the old Bahamas I couldn’t be happier letting my kids experience this place and hope that others will enjoy it as well

Why they chose this property

Beautiful, quite, the real Bahamas

What makes this property unique

Fully self sufficient solar powered yet high end build, I’ve been in many houses in the Bahamas and as soon as I walked in the door we knew this was the one
