House was very clean. Lots of glass to worry about from showers, bathroom sinks to the huge patio door with rotting hinges that looks ready to break off. That was probably the most to worry about. Now you couldn't walk onto the beach like the advertised picture. Oh no!!! That was years ago maybe. Erosion took the beach away. It was private & safe though. Sandbox needs fresh sandbox for children to play in. Not a place for kids but ok for 3 years playing in the sand.
