We’re continuing to lovingly restore this special home one project at a time, blending modern conveniences with the timeless charm of a classic Texas coastal cottage.

Place linens and used towels in the tub for cleaning.
Please remove all food from fridge/ freezer. Empty all trash and place in bins, roll to curb.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not clean fish inside house. Dispose of all carcasses to keep the area clean from attracting wildlife or insects.

We’re a Texas family who fell in love with this little waterfront cottage the moment we saw the view. Built in 1939, it’s been a labor of love ever since. We’ve spent countless weekends restoring it one project at a time—rebuilding the pier, updating the home with modern comforts, and preserving the character that makes it so special.
We love fishing, grilling on the Traeger, relaxing on the porch, and watching the sun and moon rise over Copano Bay. Our hope is that guests feel the same sense of peace we do every time we visit and create memories they’ll want to come back for year after year.
