Vacation home for 4 guests with 70m² in Pellworm (242362)

Built in 2023, the cosy Luv holiday home offers plenty of space for a family of four, with a living area of approximately 70 square metres: It encourages interaction—you can gather together while still having your own private corners—creating the ideal conditions for shared experiences and convivial get-togethers.
The large bedroom, accessible via a spiral staircase connected to the ground floor, offers a quiet retreat. This bedroom, featuring a double bed, has an open ceiling that enhances the sense of space; the design is entirely open-concept, forming a unified whole with the open space leading down to the ground floor. Only the second bedroom, with its two single beds, is separate.

Only high-quality materials, such as larch wood, were used in the construction of the house. All the furniture is solid wood (no particleboard), and the kitchen is also made of solid wood. The bathroom features high-quality fixtures and a rain shower.

The Cabin apartment across the way, which sleeps two, can also be booked in addition to the holiday home—for example, if the grandparents are joining you.

In addition to the Luv holiday home, the complex also offers the Lee holiday home, the Captains’ Bridge holiday home/penthouse, and the Cabin apartment, with a total of 15 beds available.
