Located in a quiet Vermilion neighborhood, Erie Haven is just a 2-minute drive from the charming historic downtown and beaches.

Vermilion has picturesque beaches, perfect for a sunny day of swimming, picnicking or simply strolling along the shoreline. You may also choose to spend your day exploring the quaint downtown area, where you’ll find a variety of boutiques, local artwork and cozy coffee spots. When it’s time to eat, Vermilion offers a wide selection of delightful restaurants, from upscale French cuisine to classic burgers and nostalgic old-time soda counters.

After a day of exploring the town, fishing or soaking up the sun, return to Erie Haven to unwind. Relax on the front or back patios, enjoy sitting under the stars, or simply take in the peaceful surroundings.

The cottage comfortably accommodates 4-6 guests, with a queen-sized bed in the first-floor master bedroom and a second-floor bedroom featuring two twin beds and one full bed. Erie Haven is fully equipped with a laundry room and window air conditioning for your convenience and comfort

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all used linens and towels on bathroom floor in front of shower.
Please empty trash into the proper receptacles outside. If there on Tues, please roll to curb for Weds pick up.
Turn window units to 73 degrees in summer or heat to low in winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
2.) The city does not allow boats parked in the drive or street. Please contact Romps Marina who will facilitate overnight parking.
3.) Please do not clean or fry fish in the house. We will provide a fish cleaning table if needed and fish can be fried on grill side burner.
