We want to welcome you to Rushing Water Retreat on the Swan River our newly listed Breckenridge cabin in Tiger Run Resort. 2-bedroom 2 bath chalet that backs up to the Swan River. Enjoy rainbow trout and river otters in the river while enjoying your morning coffee. Enjoy our covered back deck with gas BBQ, and fire pit for the cool nights outside under the stars. Our cabin is a rare a 2 bed 2 bath all on the main level. We feature a fully furnished kitchen with abundant counter space for food prep. We offer a large dining table for the whole family to gather around for a meal or game night. Our cabin has abundant windows to let the light in from all directions. Our living room has comfy couches to snuggle up in front of the fireplace and watch a movie on our smart HD TV.

Tiger Run Resort is like "Summer camp" for adults. We invite you to enjoy the 12,000 sf clubhouse with indoor heated pool and 2 indoor hot tubs. We can offer you a great fitness center, business center and updated locker rooms and commercial laundry. For the kids, we also have a large game room with updated video games and modern pinball machines. For the outdoor enthusiast you'll never be at a loss for something fun to do. Hiking, biking, fishing, basketball, sand volleyball not to mention our newly resurfaced pickle ball and tennis courts are a few short steps away from our front door. In addition to all the fun inside the resort you can enjoy golf, sailing, boating on Lake Dillon or shopping in Breckenridge all just a few minute drive. We can accommodate 2 vehicles in the front driveway.

Winter guests will surely enjoy a winter wonderland here in Tiger Run and be happy to know that we are on the shuttle route to Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain ski resorts. Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts are just a short drive on I-70. If you prefer to cross county ski or snowshoe you can do that right out of or front door or the Breckenridge or Frisco adventure center.
