From the holiday residence, the centre of Zingst—with its numerous shops and restaurants—is just 300 metres away; the wide, white, and pebble-free Baltic Sea beach, featuring a pier and the Kurhaus, is 800 metres away; and the Bodden (inland body of water between the peninsula and the mainland) with its harbour.
