Large holiday home for 18 people in beautiful Värmland

This big holiday home is situated on a 6000m2 plot on a peninsula in the little village called Rämmen. From the house you have a wonderful view over the lake, the forest and an idyllic little church.



The garden is a paradise for children, with plenty of space to play football, volleyball or play on the various existing playing equipment such as, a swing, a sandbox and cable car. On warm summer evenings you can sit outside and enjoy a campfire or barbecue.



During the day you can spend hours wandering around in the woods or swimming and fishing in the lake. You can also explore the area with a our little boat or by bike.



This large villa is a former school and consists of five separate apartments, each with a living room, bedroom and bathroom with shower or bathtub. The five apartments are conected by a main hal. One apartment is on the ground floor and four apartments are on the second floor.



The kitchen is equipped with two big fridges, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. You can also eat in the kitchen.



The large living room you can sit by the fireplace and watch a DVD, listening to music or play games. The living room is a large dining table. High speed internet which make remote working / gaming etc. easy.



The gym of the former school is still intact and it is a fantastic place to play football, volleyball, hockey, basketball or jungle gym. Afterwards you can relax in the sauna or steam room.



It is also possible to use high-speed internet access.



5 apartments, each with a living room (bunk bed), bedroom (double bed) and bathroom.

There is als one babybed and two traveling cots. Also one extra matrass availible.
