Ferienhaus Lotte im Herzen Greetsiels

This cosy, light-filled fisherman’s cottage is located on a quiet side street in the historic village centre of Greetsiel. The fishing harbour is just a 2-minute walk away. This beautiful holiday home, built in 1979, was carefully renovated in 2011.

Come on in! You’ll feel right at home. The house has been lovingly furnished with great attention to detail. In the fully equipped kitchen—which includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, food processor, and more—you can prepare meals and then enjoy them at the cosy dining table.

The large sofa set in the living area invites you to enjoy cosy evenings in front of the fireplace. In the media corner, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a radio. The ground floor also features a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. An easily accessible staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find the two bedrooms—one of which has a skylight offering a view towards the harbour. This is where the double bed is located. The other room is furnished with two single beds and a cot.

The patio, complete with modern patio furniture and a beach chair, rounds out your holiday. Here you can enjoy relaxation and peace and quiet. You can also have breakfast, meals, or a barbecue (please bring your own grill) undisturbed and sheltered from the wind, or enjoy a cup of East Frisian tea. A garden shed is available for storing bicycles you bring with you. A parking space is located directly in front of the house. Wi-Fi is available! Pets are not allowed here! Would you like a bit more hustle and bustle around you? Just 30 steps and you’re right in the thick of it!

SPECIAL FEATURES
The Fischerhaus Lotte stands out for its location in the centre of Greetsiel. The cottage is cosily furnished, so you’ll feel right at home the moment you walk in. The fireplace invites you to spend cosy hours by the fire.

Note on linens:
Linens are not included in the rental price. We ask that you bring your own bed linens and towels.
If you prefer a more convenient option, we’ll be happy to provide both upon prior arrangement:
Bed linens: €10.00 per set and towels: €5.00 per set
We’ll leave the ordered linens for you in a laundry bag at the property. The beds will not be made!
Payment is straightforward and is included with the tourist tax as part of the final payment.

Das kleine Haus liegt mitten im alten Ortskern von Greetsiel, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, hat uns nicht nichts gefehlt. Auf der Terrasse hinter dem Haus ist man ganz für sich und bekommt vom Touristen-Trubel in den Einkaufsstraßen nichts mit.
