The Space:

The two loft apartments are located directly next to each other, each with its own private entrance. Each loft features a spacious living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen.

The bedrooms are furnished with designer queen-size beds. In the living area, comfortable sofa beds with a real mattress (160 cm width) ensure a restful sleep. A true highlight is the infrared sauna for two people, where you can relax after a long day.

A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower completes a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



Guest Access:

You enter Loft 2 through its own private entrance, while Loft 1 is accessed via a small hallway inside the building.

PLEASE NOTE: These are TWO SEPARATE LOFT APARTMENTS, with entrances located on different sides of the building!



The Neighborhood:

The accommodation is located in the highly sought-after Peterswerder district. Historic Art Nouveau buildings define the streetscape, while the diverse dining options and the nearby recreational area Pauliner Marsch offer a high quality of living.

Public transport is just around the corner, allowing for quick access to the city center. The River Weser is only a few hundred meters away, as is the Weserstadion.



Getting Around:

The loft apartment is located in a corner building, and free parking is available in the surrounding streets.

During Werder Bremen football matches, the area around the Weserstadion is restricted to residents only starting 2.5 hours before kickoff, and parking conditions can become very limited. Feel free to contact us if you would like information about the match schedule!

A tram stop is just around the corner, as well as a bakery and various restaurants and pubs. A supermarket is also within walking distance.



Interaction with Guests:

We do not live at the property, but we are (almost) always available for any questions and can be on-site within approximately 30–40 minutes in urgent cases.
