DiesThis fully equipped ground-floor holiday rental features three double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two, a kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a guest bathroom, and a large terrace.

Accommodates up to nine people:
Four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with a double bed (90 x 200)
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with two single beds (100 x 200, can be pushed together)
Bedroom 3: Single bedroom (100 x 200)
Bedroom 4: Double bedroom with two single beds (100 x 200, can be pushed together). This room, together with the living room, forms an open-concept sleeping/living area. A curtain separates the sleeping area from the living room
and
a pull-out couch in the living room for two people (140 x 200, 2 blankets)

There is a TV in every room.

Included in the price:
Towels (1 regular towel + 1 shower towel per person), bed linens, tea towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, final cleaning, and a parking space right in front of the house.

For groups of fewer than 7 people, the portal booking price does not include all four bedrooms. Only the minimum required number:
2 guests: 1 double room
3 guests: 1 double room + 1 single room
4 guests: 2 double rooms
5 guests: 2 double rooms + 1 single room
6 guests: 3 double rooms
7 or more guests: all rooms

Any remaining available bedrooms can be booked as single rooms for an additional fee (15€/night/room). Please contact us.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a microwave, stove/oven, toaster oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, 8-liter pot, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

For groups of six or more, we can set up the kitchen table in the spacious living room (right next to the kitchen) upon request. For groups of seven or more, we can also combine another table to create a long dining table (see photos). Feel free to contact us—both options are free of charge.

On the terrace with a view of the greenery, you can smoke, grill, and relax.

Within walking distance are a bakery (breakfast available daily), various supermarkets, a chemist, a pizzeria, a snack bar, an ice cream parlour, a hair salon, clothing stores, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, and public transit stops.

Die The apartment is located in the southern part of Bochum, not far from Hattingen, Dortmund, and Essen. Popular destinations near the holiday rental include the Starlight Express and the Vonovia Ruhrstadion (both with excellent train connections), the Schauspielhaus Bochum, Blankenstein Castle, Hattingen’s Old Town, the Bochum Railway Museum, and the Bermuda3eck pub district. The nearest airport is Dortmund Airport, 41 minutes away.

The apartment is accessible in several key areas: In front of the building, a wheelchair-accessible lift bridges the 4 steps. The terrace entrance has no threshold. The shower threshold is only about 4 cm high. The shower and bathtub are equipped with grab bars. The bathroom door is 66 cm wide.
