Cosy, ground-floor holiday apartment for 2–4 people in a very quiet residential area (dead-end street, no traffic) with a large terrace and a small, green garden.
Private parking space available. Close to city centre. Five minutes to city centre. Ten minutes to the outdoor pool. Just a few minutes to the edge of the forest for beautiful hikes.
This means the bakery, post office, various shops, and the Old Town with its excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance. 
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, and the spacious living room features a separate sofa bed (sleeps 2) as well as a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with natural light.
One dog is allowed (please specify when booking). The terrace is enclosed, partially covered, and offers a beautiful view across Annweiler. The apartment has a Wlan-Anschluss.Es and there is space to store bicycles inside the building.
Children up to 6 years of age stay free of charge.



On-site fees: There is no extra charge for dogs, and the final cleaning is included in the price. The visitor’s tax must be paid on site upon arrival.



Check-in is from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
