Fabulous villa near Palma

Villa was beautiful, clean and catered for all. Toni the manager was easy to contact and always available when needed. 3 bedrooms accommodated for our family 5 of us comfortably. Pool and gardens were a good size. Plenty of outdoor space for dining and BBQ. Villa is about 15 minutes Drive from Palma/airport and less than an hour to almost everywhere else on the island. Car is recommended as there are no shops or restaurants nearby but does offer on site parking for 2 cars. We had a wonderful time.

Pros: Super séjour. Toni est vraiment adorable et la villa est encore mieux que sur les photos. Tout était présent pour que l’on passe un agréable séjour : le barbecue, la piscine, le rooftop, les chambres spacieuses et les trois salles de bains. Je recommande fortement et je reviendrai !

Schönes Villa in perfekter Lage

Pros: Die Villa ist wie in den Fotos gezeigt wirklich sehr schön und alles ist modern gehalten. Nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Stadtzentrum Palma entfernt und in 10 Minuten Entfernung gibt es einen großen Supermarkt. Checkin und Checkout verlief sehr simpel und generell war der Kontakt mit dem Inhaber über WhatsApp sehr gut und er stand für jede Frage zur Verfügung. Sehr gerne wieder 😊

Casa nova, numa localização calma, mas próxima de todos os serviços.

Pros: O Toni foi um anfitrião fantástico! Sempre prestável e até nos indicou restaurantes típicos, de Paella, onde os locais comem. A casa tinha uma zona exterior agradável, e o interior era amplo e moderno. Localizava-se numa área tranquila e residencial. Para nós, estava centralizada pois tanto íamos para Sul (Palma) como para Norte (Alcúdia). Próxima de todos os serviços básicos, ainda que tenha de se deslocar de carro. Cons: Para uma casa que pode levar até 6 pessoas a dormir nos quartos, a oferta de material/utensílios de cozinha era pouca. Tínhamos de estar, constantemente, a lavar loiça para poder cozinhar mais. Alguns amigos referiram que a casa era fria, mas eu não achei. Ainda assim, poderia ter mais roupa de cama para dias mais frescos. O pagamento, à parte, da eletricidade do ar condicionado também não é um ponto positivo, ainda que não o tenhamos utilizado.
