This beautiful villa has been owned by Proyectos Urbanos SL, a Spanish real estate company with several properties on the Atlantic coast, in northern Spain, since 2022. The previous owner has been renting this wonderful holiday villa to tourists for many years with very positive reviews and we at Proyectos Urbanos want to continue this in the same quality. At our side is the property management team "Mallorca & Friends", who is your competent contact person during your stay.

Villa in 300 m² garden, with pool (2x2.50m) and large roof terrace with panoramic sea view

This exclusive designer villa is the ideal place to spend relaxing holidays and to feel really good.
The villa is in a privileged location on the cliffs of Badia Gran, also known as Bahia Azul, and offers fantastic all-round sea views from the spacious roof terrace, stretching as far as Palma and the Tramuntana mountains. With good visibility you can even see the neighboring islands of Ibiza and Formentera. The adjoining small park guarantees you peace and privacy. Nevertheless, the leading restaurants in the area, a supermarket and a pharmacy can be reached quickly in just 5 minutes on foot.
In the 300 m2 private garden you will find a beautiful teak terrace with a small pool and a cozy lounge area. A large electric awning provides sufficient shade. On another terrace you will find an inviting dining area with an American 6-burner grill.
Ground Floor: The entrance leads to a modern living room, dining area for six, electric relax sofa, 50 inch 4k TV, access to the pool and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200), a modern bathroom with a rain shower and a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
First Floor: A beautiful Iroko staircase leads to the first floor. The 50 m² bedroom with a luxurious en suite bathroom with rain shower and Italian hydro-massage bath opens onto a terrace with breathtaking views of the sea. The bedroom also has a king-size bed (180 x 200), an open wardrobe and a 50-inch 4k TV. On this floor you will find another double bedroom with balcony and sea views.
Tower: A spiral staircase leads to the top floor, where there is another double bed and access to the 40 m² terrace, another highlight of the house. From here you can enjoy wonderful sunsets over the sea.
Other advantages of the villa are the air conditioning hot/cold in all rooms and the electric heating. So you can live very comfortably all year round.

Beautiful villa. Modern and comfortable home. Nicely set up with all you need with 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. If using the the bedroom on the highest level with amazing view, open windows when it starts to cool down as it gets hot up there. Terrace view of the ocean is stunning. Outside set up is comfortable with chairs, Bali bed and place to sun tan. Pool is small, but a great way to stay cool. House is located in a great area, market within walking distance with bakery and great restaurants. Highly recommend.

Daniel was such a gracious host. He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay, had great recommendations for the surrounding area, and was easily reachable if we ever needed anything. The house itself was absolutely stunning. It easily fit 6 girls, had a beautiful garden where you could relax and enjoy dinner outside and a rooftop balcony with incredible views of the sunset. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed to cook, but it was also walking distance to great restaurants and a short drive to clubs and bars. Could not recommend staying here more!

This house with 3 floors has a spectacular "tower" with a rooftop beside, where you have a wonderful view over the sea and sorroundings and a sight all the way to PALMA when clear weather! We had the oppurtunity to enjoy some very nice and spectacular sunsets during our visit! Daniel was very helpful landlord and quick to answer when we had questions. The area is like a suburb to PALMA and slightly sleepy this time of the year. So the kitchen which is very well equipped for cooking was perfect for us since there were not many restaurants opened in the area.

Herzlichen Dank für das wunderschöne Haus. Es war super ausgestattet. Auch das mit dem Babybett und dem Kinderstuhl hat toll geklappt. Jede Etage hat eine eigene Terrasse mit einer mega Aussicht. Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr ruhig gelegen und von außen nicht einsehbar. Nach Palma fährt man nur eine halbe Stunde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern jederzeit wieder.

Ein tolles Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Wir können diese Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen, Check in problemlos, wir fanden das Haus sehr sauber und in hervorragendem Zustand vor. Alles ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Betten bequem mit ausreichend Decken und an kalten Abenden ließ es sich gut heizen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts .Tolle Badezimmer. Die Aussenbereiche sind sehr gepflegt und der Ausblick aus dem Turmzimmer und der Dachterrasse phantastisch. Das Haus ist in einer reinen Wohngegend ohne viel Verkehr, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und einige Restaurants fussläufig. Wir hatten zwei schöne Wochen, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war jederzeit professionell und sehr nett. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Herzlichen Dank für die positive Bewertung. Inzwischen haben wir für weitere Sitzgelegenheiten (zusätzlich zum Daybed) gesorgt und ja, der Pool ist klein. Er bietet jedoch eine herrliche Erfrischung an heißen Sommertagen und kann in der kühleren Jahreszeit auf Wunsch beheizt werden.
