In the hamlet Poira 5 km from the centre of Mello, 13 km from the centre of Morbegno, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, south facing position. Private: large, beautiful garden 2'000 m2 (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars, in winter) at the house, public parking 50 m on the road. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 200 cm width 220 cm. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Morbegno 14 km, Val di Mello 20 km, Fly Emotion (Zipline) 24 km, Ponte Tibetano Ponte nel Cielo 28 km, Sondrio 35 km, Train Bernina Express: Tirano-St Moritz 60 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Como 28 km. Hiking paths: Bagni di Masino, Lago San Martino, Lago di Scermendone, Monte Belinghera, Sentiero Valtellina. Please note: car recommended.
