Terraced house in Smygehus Havsbad in Scania is rented weekly. The house is located by the sea in Smygehuk, between Ystad and Trelleborg. Close to several golf courses.
The house has a ground floor with a kitchenette and a large living room as well as a shower and toilet. On the upper floor 2 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. Most things in terms of amenities are available. Final cleaning is included.
In the area there is also a very good inn with reasonably priced and good food and a fantastic view over the sea. Outdoor swimming pool and indoor pool spa and gym. Everything newly renovated.

The nearest neighbour is 50 metres from the residence.
