About this property

Enseada - Tortuga - Seaside with AC and Wi-Fi. Shops right outside! Safe/spacious.

We've been renting from this site since 2008!

Standard check-in and check-out times available to better suit our guests. Check-out until 5 PM.

Ground floor apartment right next to the beach, only 2 blocks from the sea (210 metres), with all kinds of shops right outside! Want to have a beer on the beach and not worry about driving afterwards? This is the ideal apartment. Need to go to the supermarket or bakery? We have 2 right outside!

Property located almost at the crossroads with Amazonas Street.

Safe and family-friendly building located on the high street of the Tortuga shopping centre (Rua do Rufunos) with excellent infrastructure including restaurants, bakery, supermarket, snack bar, pizzeria, butcher shop; ice cream parlour, ATM, etc.

The building doesn't have a doorman, and my cleaning lady goes to the building to deliver the key! I'll send a WhatsApp message to coordinate entry and exit.
Rental only for families and couples, as the building does not tolerate excessive noise or parties fuelled by alcohol and rowdiness.

*Room with air conditioning! TV, 1 double bed + 1 single bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan + extra mattress.

*Living room with 2 bunk beds with mattresses, 29-inch TV, dining table and ceiling fan + table fans and Wi-Fi

*KITCHEN with basic cooking items such as blender, mixer, pots, frying pan, microwave, pressure cooker, glasses, cup, cutlery, ovenware, coffee pot, baking tray, refrigerator, stove, iron. LAUNDRY ROOM with small washing machine (use liquid detergent)

Beach with kiosks that offer tables, chairs and umbrellas (calm sea, great for children)

The building is monitored by cameras and has a building manager, permanent residents, and a cleaning lady who takes care of cleaning the building's common areas.

Use of the barbecue grill is ONLY for residents and requires a fee and reservation with the administration. It is not permitted for short-term renters!!!

Eu simplesmente amei ficar neste apartamento! A localização é perfeita, pertinho da praia e bem ao lado da melhor e mais tranquila praia da região. O lugar tem absolutamente tudo: panela, utensílios de cozinha, tanquinho pra lavar roupa, sofá confortável, vários colchões e um banheiro ótimo. É aquele tipo de hospedagem que faz a gente se sentir realmente em casa.A anfitriã foi super atenciosa, muito boazinha comigo e me explicou tudo direitinho. Enfim, foi uma estadia maravilhosa. Com certeza voltarei!

Adoramos nossa semana , o apartamento é super perto da Praia da Enseada , da pra ir a pe , tem comercio de frente , farmacia , padaria , acougue , mercado tudo muito perto ! O Apartamento estava super Limpo e organizado , A Dona Gisele e a Nilda Sempre a disposição, negociamos a entrada e saida sem dificuldades! Tudo maravilhoso ! Certamente voltaremos

Muito bom!

Estadia foi muito boa, o apartamento é muito perto da praia, excelente localização, da pra fazer tudo a pé. Achei bem quente a cozinha e o banheiro do AP, mas acredito que seja por conta das altas temperaturas que estava no guaruja mesmo, O imovel tem ventiladores e ar condicionado no quarto o que ajudou a refrescar.

Apartamento próximo da praia, dá para ir a pé , e tem comércio próximo. Tiver um problema com a pia da cozinha e a Gisele na hora já se prontificou para resolver. A anfitriã Gisele está sempre a disposição, e a Nilda supre atenciosa e comprometida com os horários.

Estadia maravilhosa.

Eu e minha família tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa. Apartamento com ambiente muito acolhedor, facilmente nos sentimos em casa. Limpeza impecável. A contratante Giselle sempre muito gentil e atenciosa. Tudo, absolutamente tudo pertinho. Farmácia, mercado, (grande e pequeno), açougue, restaurantes por kilo e a La Carte, sorveteria e principalmente a praia :) Gratidão. Voltaremos mais vezes.

O prédio é bem localizado com muitos comércios perto, e perto da praia tbm...isso foi ótimo pra nós....aínda mais com crianças...O apto é muito bom, não estava perfeitamente limpo mas uma limpeza por cima, é que sou muito chata com limpeza....A vista do apto é muito feia, da para outros aptos horríveis e o de frente da sala estava com um cheiro péssimo...Mas como disse no título...o custo x benefício foi muito bom... De resto foi ótimo e o apto é muito gostoso.....

Melhor do que a encomenda

Excelente apart apenas 2 quadras da praia ,a começar pelo apart muito limpo e os comodos espaços , bem melhor do que aparenta nas fotos,local calmo sem barulho excelente para descansar , Dona nilda muito simpatica ,e Giselle muito atenciosa com a gente desde o primeiro contato ,com ctz voltarei mais vezes.

Tudo ótimo

Tudo em ordem. Apartamento limpo, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, próximo a mercados, farmacia, padaria, restaurantes e fica a 5 minutos a pé até a praia, nem precisamos tirar o carro do estacionamento. Gostamos muito. Proprietária muito simpática e prestativa, voltaremos sempre que possível.

Ótimo custo benefício. Excelente localização!

Aluguei o apartamento da Gisele para passar 4 dias, com mais 2 pessoas. Gostamos muito da localização do apartamento, na mesma quadra tem restaurante, padaria, farmácia, mercearia, açougue, sorveteria. A praia fica a 2 ou 3 quadras do apartamento, o acesso super fácil. Não precisa tirar o carro, apenas para visitar outras praias. O apartamento é bem equipado, cozinha também. Possui pelo menos 3 ventiladores, mais ventilador de teto, e o quarto tem ar-condicionado. O chuveiro é excelente. Super recomendo para quem busca algo confortável, sem luxo, porém muito limpo e organizado. Voltarei com certeza.

Excelente

O imóvel é excelente como o anúncio. Está um local privilegiado com diversos comércios, padaria, mercado, açougue. Fica a poucos metros da praia. O apartamento é bem limpo e os móveis estão novos. Camas confortáveis. Bastante espaçoso o local como o banheiro, sala e cozinha. A cozinha é equipada e tem todos os itens. A atenção da proprietária Gisele e a Lúcia que limpa o imóvel é excelente do início ao fim. Fazemos planos de voltar outras vezes.
