Welcome to our holiday loft "a15"!
This exceptional holiday apartment for two is located on the edge of the Rhön Biosphere Reserve, on the outskirts of the medieval town of Fladungen, in the very north of Bavaria, in the centre of Germany, and in the heart of Europe.
The separate apartment has its own private entrance and spans two levels across an 80-square-meter split-level floor plan on the ground floor of our residential building. This self-contained holiday apartment was created following a complete renovation of our former workshop gallery at “Atelier Bauer”
. The bedroom and living area, including a small “espresso balcony,” is located four steps up on Level 2. On Level 1, you’ll find the shower room with a toilet, the breakfast area, the kitchenette with a counter, and the relaxation nook with a massage chair; the library, yoga nook, and infrared sauna (on Level 2) are available free of charge.
A small stream runs along the southwest side of the garden. With the window open, you can hear the babbling of the stream from your bed.
Feel free to use the garden, grill, patio furniture, and fire pits.
For tobacco lovers, our garden shed also serves as a dry smoking area. You’ll find free parking right in front of the house on the property.

For guests arriving from the north, you can turn right onto Lerchenweg immediately after the town sign, just past the Prüfinstitut Hoch. Then take the second left onto Mußmächerstraße. Atelier Bauer is the fourth building on the right side of the side street and can be recognised by a small display window. Guests can drive directly into the driveway to the right of the display window onto the property and park their vehicle right in front of the entrance to the holiday rental.

For guests arriving from the south, the route takes you through the small town of Fladungen towards Hochrhönstraße. Before reaching the Fuchs Locksmith Shop on the left, turn left onto Flurstraße, heading towards the outdoor pool. Then take the second right onto Mußmächerstraße, just before Pension Sonne. Atelier Bauer is the seventh house on the left.
