Sehr gut aufgeteilte Wohnung. Bis auf die Tatsache, dass die Wohnung sehr sehr dunkel ist(Vorschlag zumindest LED-Leuchten anbringen) und sehr muffig ist, gab es nichts auszusetzen. Dem Muff kann man bestimmt durch regelmäßiges Lüften und auch durch regelmäßiges Beheizen begegnen. Ansonsten bleibt die Feuchtigkeit und der Muff drin.

Sollten nicht untervermieten
Wenn ich eine Ferienwohnung vermeiten möchte,kann ich den Mietern weder vorschreiben, wann Sie wie zu lüften haben.
Desweiteren sollten sämtliche Geräte im Haus so funktional sein,das man ohne Bedenken einen TV ausschaltet.
Und ohne Internet ist heutzutage eigentlich nicht mehr denkbar..
Da kann man als Vermieter noch so nett sein...
