Child friendly, cosy, comfortable bungalow "Marina Port 1". In the district of Pasito Blanco, on the outskirts Maspalomas, in a quiet, sunny position. For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, public parking on the road. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 5 m, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Cruce Pasito Blanco" 800 m, sandy beach 100 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 35 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
