The holiday rental is located on the 1st floor and is well-suited for up to 3 people. It consists of a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed, a closet, a couch, and a TV. The apartment also includes a kitchen with an electric stove featuring a ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a fold-out bed in the cabinet, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 
Holiday Apartment 2, which features a TV and Wi-Fi, includes a balcony and a parking space on the property directly next to the house.
The local tourist tax must be paid on site.
A maximum of one small dog is allowed in Holiday Apartment 2. Guinea pigs and birds may also be brought along in cages. Cats are not permitted. A fee applies for bringing a pet.



Villa Gundula is located in a quiet and prime residential area in the Baltic Sea resort town of Zinnowitz. Following extensive restoration and renovation work, the building has been revitalised and now offers holidaymakers an ideal atmosphere for relaxation and well-being with its 4 individually and lovingly furnished holiday apartments, as well as an ideal base for exploring the island of Usedom. The apartments are located on the ground floor (Apartment 4), the mezzanine (Apartment 3), the 1st floor (Apartment 2), and the 2nd floor (Apartment 1). Each apartment comes with a parking space. There is a lockable room on the property where you can store your bicycles upon request.
Bed linens are included in the total price. Towels can be booked for an additional fee or brought from home.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
