Also einen Blick auf die Ostsee hat man natürlich nicht. Das war uns vorher klar, denn das Haus liegt ja in dem schönen Küstenwald. Der Weg zum Hauptstrand von Trassenheide ist aber kurz - ca. 200 Meter. Lage und Umgebung sind toll. Rechts und links gibt es Nachbarn, vorn und hinten ist Küstenwald. Google findet unter der Adresse das richtge Haus. Die Karte im Inserat ist nicht korrekt. Bei unserer Anreise war alles sauber. Einige Mängel hat man anscheinend behoben, z.B. erschien mir die Holzterrasse neu. In einem Schlafzimmer hat man das Bett ausgetauscht, und auch die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist erneuert worden. Überhaupt war alles vorhanden, was für einen schönen Urlaub notwendig ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

In die Jahre gekommen

Um mit dem Positiven zu beginnen: die Lage und die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß mit Kindern zu erreichen. Wir haben uns allerdings in und um das Haus nicht wohl gefühlt, auch wenn in der Ausstattung grundsätzlich alles vorhanden ist . Die Holz Terrasse ist an vielen Stellen abgesackt und man verletzt sich leicht an Stolperfallen oder herausragenden Schrauben. Die Bäder sind unglaublich alt mit schwarzen Fugen und stinken fürchterlich. Auch das Warmwasser stinkt nach faulen Eiern zu Beginn jeder Nutzung. Nach Ankunft haben wir über eine Stunde erst einmal putzen müssen , um Spinnenweben und Dreck weg zu machen. Das Kennen wir Anders. Es muss dringend etwas getan werden, um es für diesen Preis weiter zu vermieten.um
