The small, lovingly furnished apartment of 25 square meters is located in the hills above Velden am Wörthersee. The town center of Velden and the lake can be reached in 3 minutes by car. The natural location between Forstsee and Saissersee is an ideal starting point for hikes and walks. The "Römerschlucht" is only 50m away from the house. A stage of the Alpine-Adriatic Trail runs in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.

The accommodation consists of one room with a kitchenette and shower room. It is located on the upper floor and has a private covered terrace. You are welcome to use the garden. The terrace serves as a private retreat.
