Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with stove in all rooms (gas). The entrance leads over a 20 sqm terrace directly in the living room with lounge. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation and TV. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (180 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Siofok. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
