This modern apartment with a panoramic lake view, terrace, and garage offers a lovely view of the lake. The apartment is just 5 km from beautiful Menaggio. From there, you can take a ferry directly to Bellagio, for example. The crossing takes only 15 minutes. Lugano (Lake Lugano, Switzerland) is also only 30 km away by car.

It features a charming, practical kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, oven, and a full set of kitchenware for daily needs (cups, pans, plates, cutlery, pepper, salt, coffee, tea), an extendable dining table with 4 chairs, a high chair, and an electric kettle.

The bright living room features a comfortable 3-seater sofa with direct access to the kitchen and the terrace. This sofa can easily be converted into a comfortable sofa bed ranging from 1.60 to 2.00 m, from which you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the terrace and the lake.

From the living room, you can step out onto the terrace by opening the two large French doors. The view is gorgeous! You can see the mountains on the other side of the lake, which are covered in snow for most of the year. From the beach, you’ll have a beautiful view of the town of Bellano across the lake, Bellagio on the right, and you can enjoy the romantic lights in the evening.

In the apartment, you’ll have plenty of space to store your clothes (a nice wooden clothes rack with modern hangers). There are brochures about the local area where you can find plenty of information.

You’ll also find an iron and a variety of plug adapters.

The bedroom features a brand-new double bed measuring 1.60 by 2.00 metres, a clothing rack with hangers, an iron, and wall shelves.

The bathroom is en suite to the cosy bedroom. It’s fully equipped with a bathtub/shower, toilet, and sink, as well as laundry racks and wall cabinets.

Winter


, St. Moritz (Switzerland), is only 90 km away. If you’re visiting Lake Como for skiing, you can also explore the Valchiavenna–Madesimo/Campodolcino ski area, which is just a 45-minute drive from the northern end of the lake. For skiing and snowboarding, there are 13 modern lifts serving a total of 60 km of wide, well-groomed slopes. Of these, 22 km (blue) are “Easy,” 29 km (red) are “Medium,” and 9 km (black) are “Difficult.”
