We stayed for 7 days while we visited my son at Linfield University. Conveniently located near grocery shopping and coffee shops. Loved the family park access from the back yard! Bedrooms are roomy, beds were super comfy. The house had central heating and cooling. The home had basic kitchen supplies, vacuum and sweeper mop. Lots of extra towels, extra bedding and seating throughout the house. I just wished they had a broom to sweep meal crumbs instead of having to use the vacuum. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Will definitely be booking again for our next visit to Linfield.

Good location being close to McMinville. Great communication. Nice neighborhood that felt safe with a lovely little park. Beds were comfy. The road on the back side is quite loud. The post advertised a patio but it’s a small concrete slab in a back yard surrounded by concrete blocks. Probably helps with the noise but it’s ugly. For the most part it was clean but the carpeting in the bedrooms is old with lots of stains. It needs to be replaced if this is going to be a viable rental. Multiple little things that were broken: fridge door, kitchen cabinet door, outlet in living room, Only one nightstand in each bedroom had a light. Definitely needs more attention to detail, but again, nice proximity to McMinville with the exception of the road noise.
